Please note that once the inspection and reporting process has commenced, the payment is non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and resources involved in the authentication service.
Once you have ordered an authentication on a luxury item, we will email you within 2 business days with an invoice due for payment prior to assessment, and list of photos, video recordings and documentation you will need to supply
We take 3 business days to inspect, assess and finalise your online assessment for genuine authenticity of a luxury item from the date we have received payment, listed photos, mandatory video recordings and documentation
On completion of your online assessment, if your luxury item is successful in obtaining LUX Verify’s Certificate of Authenticity, a digital copy of the Certificate along with a detailed report is sent to you

Once you submit your item details and payment, our expert team begins a thorough online inspection using high-resolution images and brand-specific criteria. If your item is verified as authentic, we’ll issue a digital Certificate of Authenticity.
If we’re unable to confidently verify your item as authentic, we’ll provide a detailed report explaining why certification was not issued. Please note that payment is non-refundable once the inspection process has started.
Yes! Every certificate issued by LUX Verify comes with a unique reference number that buyers can enter into our Online Certificate Registry to confirm its validity - offering confidence and transparency for both parties.
